    A confirmation will be emailed to all advance registrants within one week of registering for the Conference. Advanced registrants will receive their name badges and tickets at the on-site during Registration hours. If you do not receive confirmation within one week, please contact ASCE registration at 800-548-2723 and ask to speak with Customer Services, or email registrations@asce.org. Please reference the Forensic Engineering 7th Congress in the subject line.

    Authors whose abstracts or draft papers are selected will be requested to submit a final paper. Submitting a paper for the Conference constitutes agreement that, if their paper is accepted, the author will register for the Conference at the appropriate fee(s), attend the Conference and make their presentation in person. Should an individual fail to register for the Conference by Wednesday, August 5, 2015, the individual's abstract/paper will be removed from the Congress program and proceedings.


    Acceptable forms of payments include: 

    • Check: payable to ASCE/Forensic 2015 (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. Include attendee's name in the memo area of the check)
    • Credit card: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Dinners Club
    • Purchase order: P.O. #, company name and address or other billing address (This includes Government P.O. use.)
    • Mail registration to: ASCE/Forensic 2015, P.O. Box 79668, Baltimore, MD 21279-0068 OR register online.

    Full paymentmust accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be processed without payment or copy of purchase order.


    To receive a refund of the registration fee, cancellations must be received in writing at the ASCE Headquarters by October 14, 2015. A $65 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

    Additional event tickets will be fully refunded if cancelled in writing by October 14, 2015. There are no cancellations after October 14, 2015.

    No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after October 14, 2015.


    To receive a badge, you must register. Your name badge is your admission to the technical sessions and the Exhibit Hall. Pre-registered participants are to pick up their badges upon checking in at the On-site Registration Counter at the Hilton Miami Downtown in Miami, Florida. Badge sharing is not allowed.
    Registration is per individual and is not exchangeable between colleagues.
